Are the jeans authentic?

Yes! We attend the shows in New York for our buying and we only deal with the brands directly.

Are the collections new?

As we deal directly with the brands, we are absolutely with the current trends and latest styles that the brands produce.

How do I find my size?

Can I get advise on what to buy?

Yes of course. Just contact us on (email) or (phone) and we will be happy to help you with what would work best for you.

When do you have sales?

We have sales twice a year; May and January, when it is mainly our fashion pieces and select core styles that go on sale.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No you do not have to.

What happens if I forget my password?

You would click on 'forgot password' and we would send you a link to your registered email for a new password.

Is it safe to use my credit card online? Yes it is safe as the payments go through verified payment account with accepted credit cards include Visa, Mastercard etc . If there are ever any unauthorized charges by Denim Story against your credit card or bank account, you can dispute the charge with us. Depending on how quickly you notify us about the unauthorized charges, you might not be held responsible for those charges.

Can I return goods, and will I get my money back?

You can return the goods by letting us know within 3 days of receiving the goods, with a reason for the return, and the payment would be refunded to you once we receive the goods back. Please note any goods that are returned damaged will not be accepted back and would have to be fully paid for.

How quickly do I have to send the goods back?

Goods need to reach us back within a week of you receiving it. Please note any goods that are received back by us damaged/not intact, will not be accepted back and would have to be fully paid for.

What if I receive damaged goods?

All our goods are quality checked before being shipped out to you

Can I exchange goods?

Yes you can. Just let us know the reason for exchange and what you would like and we will send out a fresh courier to you once we have received your goods back.

How long will my goods take to ship?

The courier will take up to 5 working days to reach you

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. An email will be sent to you

Can I amend my order once I have placed it?

Yes you can amend it within 24 hours of placing the order. However, once goods are shipped from us you cannot amend the order.

Can I cancel an order once I have placed it and will I get my money back?

Yes you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order and you will get a full refund. However if goods have already been couriered to you then a cancellation will not be possible.

Do I pay for the shipping?

Goods will be shipped to you free of charge, but you will need to pay for any return shipping.
